River Market Catering is a full
service catering company operated by John and Lee Malcolm, husband-and-wife
professional chefs with long experience in fine dining here in the Toms River
area and California. Our catering
service is flexible to meet your preferences and budget. The extent of service
you wish us to provide, as well as the food choices, depends entirely on the
style of your event. We offer full-service catering -- our trained staff will
set up the party, serve the food, and clean up afterwards -- to give you
worry-free presentation and time for you to interact with your guests and enjoy
the festivities. Or we can help reduce your over-all costs by providing
delivery and food drop-off charges only. In any event, our menus will always

RIVER MARKET CATERING POLICIES
Menu
selections and level of service will determine our prices. Servers, bartenders and chefs are all
available. Pricing is based on duration
of event.
When
using our Full Service Menu your cost will be priced per person. When using our pickup and take-out menu your
order will be itemized.
We
will be glad to coordinate all of your event's rental needs including tables,
chairs, tents, linens, plateware and more.
We
can help coordinate and suggest your beverage selections, insuring appropriate
selections and optimum serving temperatures.
We work with Sawyer’s BuyRite management in Beachwood who will be happy
to deliver your order. There number is

A
valid credit card is required to confirm a contract. We accept Visa and MasterCard, cash and
checks. Payment for all services must be completed at the end of your function
unless prior arrangements were made with John or Lee Malcolm.
Determination
of the exact number of persons attending a catered event must be made five full
days prior. This number will be
considered final and not subject to reduction.
Should your guest count increase in the interim, you will be billed for
the additions at the rate agreed upon.
